Donald E. Martin

Donald Eugene Martin, 82, of Kokomo and Flora, died at 10:25 p.m. Feb. 13, 2007, at St. Elizabeth Healthcare Center, Delphi.

Born Dec. 14, 1924, in Kokomo, he was the son of William Henry Earl and Hazel Brady Martin. He was married four times, lastly to Mary Frances Pugh in November 1977, and she preceded him in death on April 6, 2003.

Mr. Martin was retired from Continental Steel, Kokomo, where he was employed for 20 years.

Surviving are several children and stepchildren; a sister, Wanda Miller of Delphi; a nephew, Terry Irwin (wife: Beth) of Flora, who cared for him many years; and numerous grandchildren and greatgrandchildren.

Funeral services were held Monday in Kokomo, with burial following at Sunset Memory Garden Cemetery.
