INDOT launches new customer service hotline

The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) has a new customer service hotline to answer citizens' questions easily, accurately and efficiently. INDOT's Local Service Center is now available to customers from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time on weekdays by calling 866-849-1DOT (866-849-1368).

When customers call the hotline a representative will be available to answer questions, direct customers to the appropriate INDOT section and provide additional information. When the Local Service Center is closed, callers hear a recorded greeting and are asked to leave a message.

The messages will be answered the next business day.
