DCSC approves resignations, employment

Delphi Community School Corporation Board of School Trustees approved resignations and employment at their regular meeting Feb. 12.

The board approved the following resignations: Amy Adams, seventh and eighthgrade cheer coach; Karen Swygman, seventh-grade At- Risk Aide; and Jeff Hoover, middle school athletic director.

The board approved a temporary leave from teaching for Vince Burpo, who was then approved as interim athletic director. Dave Weckerly was approved for certified employment as a substitute teacher in place of Burpo.

The board approved the following for extra-curricular employment: Chris Myers and Craig Shaw, volunteer high school assistant baseball coaches; Kirk Schwarzkopf, volunteer high school assistant softball coach; Dan LePage, 2006-07 sixth-grade girls' basketball coach; Beth Wortman, seventh-grade At- Risk Aide; Scott Krittell and Tonya Lake, assistant high school track coaches; Yolanda Ballard, nine-month middle school custodian; and Jennifer Schnepp, corporation grant writer.
