Feb. 5, 2:05 p.m. - Theft, Water St. Avatar 4x10 Amp. taken from an unlocked vehicle. Chapman investigated.

Feb. 9, 3:11 a.m. - Burglary, 1022 S. Washington St. Rear door of Monical's Pizza found open after an alarm was sounded. A safe was missing. Officer David Yeager investigated.

Feb. 9, 2:41 p.m. - Property damage, 12500 block CR1250W. Semi truck struck low-hanging power, cable and telephone lines at residence. Driver left scene. Investigated by Davidson.

Feb. 10, 10:35 p.m. - Assisted Delphi P.D., 317 1/2 N. Market St. Report of domestic disturbance. Stephanie L. Williams, 47, arrested and incarcerated for public intoxication. Williams tested /21%BrAC. Bond set at $100. Liggett investigated.

Feb. 11, 2:04 p.m. - Domestic disturbance, 9600 block CR175W. Investigation of disturbance between two family members. Chapman investigated.
