Jennifer J. Holman was charged with two counts check deception.

Jose Torres was charged with 16 counts criminal mischief.

William J. Abdon was charged with false government identification, counterfeiting driver's license and battery.

Thomas L. Marchand was charged with public intoxication, seatbelt violation and open container.

Zachary R. Humbarger was charged with possession of paraphernalia.

Jason M. Gard was charged with driving while suspended, disregarding a stop sign and expired license plates.

Eric E. Bellah, 25, of Brookston, pled guilty to theft. He was sentenced to three years in jail.

The following cases were dismissed: State of Indiana vs. Mary E. Jones; and State of Indiana vs. Tony R. Hammel.

For alcohol-related convictions, the following were meted a combination of jail time, with some suspensions, probation with fees, community service, house arrest, participation in a court-approved drug and alcohol program, and suspended and/or probationary driving privileges: Robert E. Frazee, 30, of Pine Village, operating while intoxicated - endangering.

Samantha Davis, 36, of Lafayette, pled guilty to nonsupport of a dependent child. She was sentenced to three years in jail, all suspended, three years supervised probation and ordered to continue child support.

Ryan S. Oliver, 18, of San Pierre, pled guilty to casting rays of artificial light from a vehicle while in possession of a firearm. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, all suspended, and 180 days unsupervised probation.

Reyna A. Casarez, 24, of Delphi, pled guilty to operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license. She was sentenced to 60 days in jail, all suspended, and one year unsupervised probation.

Sean M. Peterson, 18, of Sedalia, pled guilty to theft and illegal transportation of an alcoholic beverage. He was sentenced to one and a half years in jail, all but 12 days suspended, one year and 120 days unsupervised probation and 80 hours community service.

Latroy T. Whitley, 24, of West Lafayette, pled guilty to driving while suspended. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation.

David Boughton, 38, of Delphi, pled guilty to battery. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 172 days suspended, 355 days supervised probation and participation in a drug and alcohol program.

Bryan E. Stephens, 19, of Camden, pled guilty to operating a vehicle with a controlled substance in his body. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail, all suspended, one year supervised probation and participation in a drug and alcohol program.

Kevin W. Hinton, 31, of Delphi, pled guilty to battery and criminal mischief. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation.

Maria J. Villagrana, 34, of Delphi, pled guilty to driving while suspended. She was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation.

Gabriel Rodriguez, 26, of Monticello, pled guilty to driving while suspended. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation.

In an agreed judgement, Darvin Karn was ordered to pay $3,494 plus court costs to Carol Gilbert.
