Shirley P. Hintz

Shirley P. Hintz, 70, of Monticello, died Feb. 7, 2007, in the emergency room at White County Memorial Hospital.

Born Feb. 8, 1936, in Rocky Gap, Va., she was the daughter of Frank Caldwell and Gladys Lawson Caldwell. She married Roger C. Hintz on Sept. 29, 1955, in Virginia, and he survives.

Mrs. Hintz worked at Globe Valve in Delphi for 15 years. She was a member of Monticello Christian Church.

Surviving are two daughters, Deb Kitzmiller and Ruth Hintz, both of Monticello; three sisters and four brothers.

Services were held Feb. 10 in Monticello.
