Jan. 29 - Property damage, Dollar General parking lot. Harry J. Eddy, 81, Monticello. Sgt. Brook Mc- Cain investigated.

Jan. 31 - Criminal mischief, various locations. Jose Torres, 19, Delphi was arrested for spray painting graffiti on several buildings in Delphi. Delphi P.D. investigated.

Feb. 3, 9 p.m. - OWI, Market and Main streets. Jose Diaz, 50, Delphi was arrested. Officer Chuck Kent investigated.

Sheriff's Department

Jan. 26, 6 p.m. - Theft, 100 block of Main St., Camden. Money taken from donation box at Cree Funeral Home. Det. Steve Mullin investigated.

Jan. 26, 9:40 p.m. - OWI, 100 block of E. CR 500S. Male juvenile, Cutler, arrested for OWI and leaving the scene of a personal injury accident. Juvenile was transported to Muncie Juvenile Detention Center. Deputy Tony Liggett investigated.

Jan. 26, 10:56 p.m. - Battery, 7000 block of West Crestwood Dr. Liggett investigated.

Jan. 28, 4:53 a.m. - Domestic battery, 6300 block of South Wildwood. Michael L. Fischer, 39, Rossville arrested for domestic battery. Liggett investigated.

Jan. 28, 12:30 p.m. - Criminal mischief, 4900 block of CR5E. Jessica Unger, 33, Cutler, reported someone drove past her residence and threw a can of pop. Deputy Walt Raderstorf investigated.

Jan. 28, 6:30 p.m. - Criminal mischief, antique gumball machine damaged. Liggett investigated.

Jan. 28, 6:36 p.m. - Allowing dog to stray, 9600 block of CR175W. Report of neighbor's dog killing chickens. Liggett investigated.

Jan. 29, 5 a.m. - Driving while suspended, CR500S near CR500E. Ashley Deeds, 19, Burlington, was cited. Vehicle towed. Raderstorf investigated.

Jan. 29, 8:24 a.m. - Criminal mischief, 700 block of CR700S. Michael Taber reported vandalism to his 1997 Ford truck while parked on his property. Maj. Tobe Leazenby investigated.

Feb. 1, 3:43 p.m. - Property damage, US421 near CR500N. Lisa Disinger, 33, Monticello and Samantha N. Gates, 18, Burnettsville. Vehicle struck rear of school bus. Chapman investigated.

Feb. 1, 7:21 p.m. - Allowing dog to stray, 6200 E. CR150N. Animal control impounded two aggressive dogs. Sgt. Mark Back investigated.

Feb. 3, 9:10 a.m. - Property damage, SR18 at Charlais Circle. Michael J. Ashba, 19, Lafayette. Thomas investigated.

Feb. 3, 6:38 p.m. - Property damage with injury, CR600N at Sleepy Hollow Rd. Joseph W. Foster, 19, Delphi. Passenger Amanda L. Merkel, 16, Monticello, was treated at the scene and released to her parents. Foster was cited for no insurance. Vehicle was impounded. Hall investigated.

Feb. 3, 9:27 p.m. - OWI, North Market St. Department assisted Delphi P.D. in the arrest of Jose Luis Diaz, 41. Hall investigated.

Feb. 3, 9:33 p.m. - Trespass, 7100 block of US421. Report of trespass received in the area of CR1150W and CR725N. Back investigated.

Feb. 3, 11:55 p.m. - OWI, 300 block of Main St. Joshua Corso, Logansport, was arrested by Delphi P.D. with assistance from Hall.

Feb. 4, 4:15 a.m. - Non-criminal information, 4 Michigan St., Burlington. Kyle Johnson, found lying on ground unconscious, was transported to St. Joseph Hospital, Kokomo. Hall investigated.

Feb. 5, 12:23 a.m. - Unruly juvenile, Rockfield. Report forwarded to county probation. Back investigated.

Feb. 5, 2:18 a.m. - Property damage, SR25 near CR100W. John E. Ray, 55, Granger. Hall investigated.

Jan. 30, 10:09 a.m. - Theft of a gym bag and purse was reported at Carroll Jr.-Sr. High School. Chief Paul Redmon investigated.

Jan. 30, 5 p.m. - Danny Kirkpatrick, 54, Flora, was arrested on a Jasper County, writ of attachment. Officer Mark Thomas investigated.

Jan. 31, 9:19 p.m. - A report of criminal mischief at 613 Harmon St. was investigated by Officer Josh Disinger.

Feb. 1, 4:45 p.m. - A juvenile complaint was reported at 613 Harmon St. Thomas investigated.
