Our family has booked the great room (at Deer Creek Park) for the last three years for a family reunion. Some have come from Illinois. Everyone loves to fish, walk around the pond and enjoy the multitude of wildlife. The shedding bark from the trees has even provided the material for bird houses our grandkids build. We enjoy the park all through the spring to fall seasons. Please don't get rid it.
