Kiwanis Club will meet at 7:30 p.m. Saturday for breakfast and meeting at the fire station.

A new service for those who are age 60 and older or handicapped is available through the Burlington Area Community Center. Transportation is available for doctor's appointments and other needs. Donations are accepted. For transportation needs, call 765-566-2192. Anyone interested in being a volunteer driver, should call the number given.

Meals are served daily at the Burlington Community Center. Cards and games are played there, too. Bible Study is held there Wednesdays from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.

Word has been received that former local resident Betty Rodkey is a patient in Parkview Hospital, Fort Wayne. Cards may be sent to her at: Parkview North Hospital, 1119 Parkview Plaza Drive, Fort Wayne, IN 46818.

Burlington Town Council will meet at 7 p.m. Feb. 14 at the town office.

Burlington Church of Christ will have its annual Valentine dinner at 6 p.m. Sunday. This year's theme will be "Cruising Back with a Sock Hop." Entertainment will be by The Sometimes Quartet.

The Burlington United Methodist Church will have a Valentine's Day party after Sunday services. There will be no Sunday School.

Family Ties and Jubilees will perform Sunday evening at 7 at the United Methodist Church.

Crossroads Community Christian Church will have a Valentine's dinner at the church on Sunday evening at 5:30.

Faith Church of Christ will have a "God Is Love" banquet Sunday evening at 6.

A luncheon will follow morning worship Sunday at the First Brethren Church. There will also be a pulpit swap.

Oakland Christian Church Midweek Bible Study will be held Wednesday at 7 p.m. at Grays.
