Hershey Marshmallow Pie
1 10-inch graham cracker crust 3/4 of a giant Hershey almond bar, chopped 20 large marshmallows 1/2 C. milk 8 oz. Cool whip
In a double boiler, melt Hershey bar, marshmallows and milk. Mix well and cool completely. Blend chocolate mixture into remaining Cool Whip. Pour into the graham crust. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving. Serve with additional Cool Whip and shaved chocolate if desired.
Valentine Seafood Bar
Appetizer
2 8-oz. bars cream cheese, softened 1 C. cocktail sauce 1 tsp. prepared horseradish (optional) 8 oz. flaked crab meat
Combine cream cheese and shape into a heart. Place on
serving platter. Combine cocktail sauce and horseradish and pour over cream
cheese. Sprinkle flaked crabmeat on top. Microwave on high for 45 seconds.
Sprinkle with chopped green onions if desired. Serve with Bistro style crackers.
Hint: substitute imitation crabmeat for real crabmeat or shrimp if desired.
