There will be a public meeting Feb. 12 to discuss the 2007 ROSSVILLE VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT contract for residents living in Clay Township, Carroll County; Owen and Ross Townships, Clinton County, and the town of Rossville. It will be held in the Rossville School multipurpose room at 6 p.m.

Carroll County has been awarded federal funds for local agencies to assist families and individuals in need of emergency food and shelter. Local service organizations which provide those services may present requests for funds at the EMERGENCY FOOD AND SHELTER PROGRAM BOARD MEETING Feb. 15 at 8:30 a.m. in the Area IV Agency office, 700 N.
