Kelley earns Eagle Scout rank
Boy Scout Troop 155 recognized Delphi Community High School freshman Jared Kelley Jan. 30 at their Court of Honor for attaining the rank of Eagle Scout Aug. 1. For his Eagle project, Kelley organized and managed landscaping at the Hillcrest Elementary school yard. The son of Patrick and Kim Kelley, he currently has 36 merit badges. He earned his first bronze Eagle Palm for earning five merit badges beyond the 21 required for Eagle ranking. Photo provided
