Jan. 22, 8 a.m. - Property damage, DCSC parking lot. Brandon L. Shepard, 18, Flora. Car damaged another car during a turn maneuver. Sgt. Brook McCain investigated.

Jan. 23, 10:45 a.m. - Property damage, McDonald's parking lot. Tyrone Haywood, 46, Indianapolis, hit the building's roof with a box truck during a turn. Chief Ed Chapman investigated.

Jan. 23, 4 p.m. - Property damage, US421 and Armory Rd. Samantha A. Rodenbarger, 19, Brookston and John E. Kirkpatrick, 63, Cutler. Officer David Yeager investigated.

Jan. 24, 6 p.m. - Criminal mischief, 709 N. Washington St. Vehicle owned by Bart M. Remaly received damage to the drivers' side mirror in front of his house. Yeager investigated.

Jan. 22, 3 p.m. - Battery, 6011 Sleepy Hollow Dr. Darryl E. Brickey, 32 arrested for battery, possession of marijuana, possession of controlled substance and possession of a switchblade. Detective Steve Mullin investigated.

Jan. 22, 6:32 p.m. - Property damage with injuries, CR900W near Division Line Rd. Kayleigh A. Morgan, 17, Delphi. Driver and passenger Sarah Poe, 16, Flora, complained of pain. Poe was transported to a hospital. Morgan and another juvenile passenger, Lindsay Brewer, were released to their parents at the scene. Deputy Tony Liggett investigated.

Jan. 24, 11:10 a.m. - Theft, 12065N. Upper Lakeshore Dr. Fonda Weise reported gas stolen from her vehicle and attempted unwelcome entry to her residence. Sgt. Dennis Randle investigated.
