The State of Indiana filed causes against the following: Jesse R. Swank, theft; Troy A. Clendenen, driving while suspended; Elizabeth Uvalle, operating a motor vehicle without having ever received a license; Matthew D. Williams, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and public intoxication; Anthony W. Kramer, two counts operating while intoxicated - endangering; Laticia Sanchez, operating a motor vehicle without ever having received a license and speeding; Tara D. Smith, illegal transport of alcoholic beverage on public highway and open container; and Ryan S. Oliver, casting rays of artificial light from vehicle while in possession of a firearm.

Bradford R. Eaton, 26, of Frankfort, pled guilty to visiting a common nuisance. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation.

Jonathan Kestle, 20, of Star City, pled guilty to theft. He was sentenced to 1 1/2 years in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation.

Kimberly A. Henderson, 44, of Monticello, pled guilty to failure to stop after accident resulting in damage to an attended vehicle. She was sentenced to 60 days in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation.

The following cases were dismissed: State of Indiana vs. Philip K. Clifford Jr. and State of Indiana vs. Marc A. Chaney.
