Samuel T. Young, 37, pled guilty to one count of illegal drug lab. He was sentenced to one year in jail, 161 days already served.

Dwayne T. McCoy, 21, pled guilty to two counts of burglary and one count of attempted theft. He was sentenced to 14 years in jail, 10 years suspended plus time served, and supervised probation.

Decrees of marriage dissolution were granted for the following: Suzanne Kay Mathews and Steven Wayne Mathews, with petitioner's maiden name of Huffer restored; Crystal J. Crider and Elmer J. Crider IV; Michelle L. Singley and Skip Singley; Brian E. Belveal and Lori A. Belveal; Betty Lou Roberts and Ronald Lee Roberts; Jerry Shoemaker and Peggy Lynn Shoemaker; Debra Brubaker and Lynn Brubaker, with petitioner's maiden name of Jones restored; Brian Majors and Dawn Majors.

Jenny Pearson, 33, of Camden, pled guilty to theft. She was sentenced to one and a half years in jail, all suspended, and one and a half years probation with stipulations.

Marlene J. Myer Wolf was named executor of the estate of the late Miriam A. Myer.

A decree of dissolution was granted between the following: Kelly Sue Smith and Bobby Ross Smith Jr. with former wife's maiden name of Pickett restored; and Debra K. Baer and Gregory D. Baer.

Causes were filed between the following:

Complaints on note and to foreclose on mortgage were filed in: The Bank of New York vs. Rodney L. Moudy. Chase Home Finance vs. Jacqueline Myers, The Bank of New York vs. John E. Myers Jr.

Midland Credit Management filed a complaint against Michael Reef.

American Acceptance filed a complaint against Natalie M. Cooper.

A charge of intimidation was filed against Samuel Munoz aka Jorge Quintero.

Two counts of dealing in marijuana wre filed against Charles E. Fry Jr.

Larry M. Brooks Jr. was charged with two counts dealing in marijuana.

J&K Watson Enterprises filed a complaint for collection on accounts owed against John Provo d/b/a Pro Builders Inc.
