Stephen T. Gascho was charged with criminal trespass and criminal mischief.

Freddie T. McKay Jr. was charged with public intoxication.

Jonnathan Nieves-Esteves, was charged with driving while suspended and disregarding a stop sign.

Barry G. Kindle was charged with operating while intoxicated - endangering, speeding and driving left of center.

Alfredo Flores was charged with operating while intoxicated - endangering and failure to yield right of way.

Luis F. Garcia was charged with operating a motor vehicle without having ever received a license and speeding.

Jesse Coronado was charged with operating a motor vehicle without having ever received a license and speeding.

A complaint on note to foreclose mortgage on real estate was filed by Household Finance Corp. III against Gary L. Lyman and Lafayette Bank and Trust.

Billy F. Williams II, and Latasha L. Duvall were each charged with dealing in methamphetamines, maintaining a common nuisance, receiving stolen auto parts, and possession of methamphetamines.

Juan Trejo-Rodriguez, 18, of Flora, pled guilty to operating a motor vehicle without having ever received a license. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation.

Leonor Avianeda, 41, of Lafayette, pled guilty to operating a motor vehicle without having ever received a license. She was sentenced to 60 days in jail, all suspended, and one year unsupervised probation.

Sean D. Johnson, 19, of Flora, pled guilty to casting rays of artificial light from vehicle while in possession of a firearm. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation. It was recommended that probation should become unsupervised after two successful meetings.

Randy Vanpelt, 51, of Flora, pled guilty to casting rays of artificial light from vehicle while in possession of a firearm. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation. It was recommended that probation should become unsupervised after two successful meetings.

Charges by State of Indiana against Melinda Miller were dismissed.

The following cases were dismissed: Kingdon K. Brady vs. Richard Thurston; Discover Bank vs. Ruth A. Nattinger; and Worldwide Asset Purchasing vs. Carolyn Long.

Default judgements were entered for the plaintiff in the following: Ronald L. For alcohol-related convictions, the following were meted a combination of jail time, with some suspensions, probation with fees, community service, house arrest, participation in a court-approved drug and alcohol program, and suspended and/or probationary driving privileges: Graydon K. Perkins, 53, of Lafayette, operating while intoxicated - endangering; Raymond C. Elsea, 62, of Frankfort, operating while intoxicated - endangering a person; Laura L. Selke, 45, of South Whitley, operating while intoxicated - endangering; Mark A. Cottrill, 30, of Lafayette, operating while intoxicated; and Pablo Alonso- Duenas, 24, of Delphi, public intoxication.

Jose E. Menjivar, 17, of Monon, pled guilty to operating a motor vehicle without ever having received a license. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail, all suspended, and one year unsupervised probation.
