Opal Justice

Opal Justice, 84, of Tazewell, Tenn., died Jan. 11, 2007, at 9:55 a.m. in Claiborne County Hospital. She was a former Delphi resident.

She was born Sept. 13, 1922, in Tennessee, to J. S. and Minnie Dixon Bradford. Her first marriage was to Claude Moyers Sr. in Tennessee in 1946, and he preceded her in death in 1972. She married Dave Justice in Delphi on Jan. 13, 1973. He preceded her in death Feb. 8, 1996.

Mrs. Justice was a homemaker.

Surviving are one daughter, Catherine Justice of Pittsburg; one stepdaughter, Vertie Gore of Delphi; two sons, Claude Moyers Jr. of Tazewell and Dan Moyers of Pittsburg; five grandchildren, Jason Moyers, Sonya Moyers, Robert Justice, Danny Moyers and Daniel Moyers; and four great-grandchildren.

Services were held Jan. 15 at Davidson Funeral Home in Delphi. Burial was at I.O.O.F. Memorial Gardens in Pittsburg.
