Hunter education course is being offered

Indiana Conservation Officers Thomas Skinner and Bill Hinshaw will offer a hunter education course Jan. 20 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Big Linder's Auction Barn, located one-half mile south of Rossville on SR39/US421. Anyone interested may attend.

This course is required for those who wish to purchase a hunting license. Lectures will cover handling of firearms and bows, hunter responsibility, first aid, wildlife identification and conservation, shooting safety and hunter ethics.
