Jan. 5, 8:54 a.m. - Criminal mischief, 116 E. Front St. Vehicle owned by Guadalupe Reyes, Delphi, was spray painted. Officer Shane Bernhardt investigated.

Jan. 5, 10:54 p.m. - Battery, John's Liquor Store. William J. Abdon, 18, Bringhurst, was arrested for battery, distributing a false identification and possession of a counterfeit drivers' license with intent to use. Officer David Yeager investigated.

Dec. 31, 2:30 p.m. - Property damage, Deer Meadows Drive near CR1217N. Carl A. Seese, 49, Delphi. Deputy Steve Mullin investigated.

Jan. 2, 9 p.m. - Property damage, 1432 Michigan St., Burlington. A vehicle owned by Allbaugh and Brown Contractors suffered damage from an unknown vehicle. Deputy Tony Liggett investigated.

Jan. 2, 7 p.m. - Property damage, Springboro Rd. near CR425N. James D. Sumner, 53, West Point, and Patrick M. McGuire, 38, Brookston. Deputy Mark Back investigated.

Jan. 2, 7:41 p.m. - Burglary, 8380 N. US421, Monticello. A 12-gage shotgun was taken from the residence of Casey L. Catterlin, 21, Monticello. Back investigated.

Jan. 3, 6:10 a.m. - Property damage, SR18 near CR525W. Adam J. Randle, 25, Flora. Deputy Grant Davidson investigated.

Jan. 3, 8:14 p.m. - US421 near CR1100. Barry G. Kindle, 46, Monticello, was arrested for OWI, testing .17% BAC. Liggett investigated.

Jan. 4, no time given - Theft, 0 block of CR100N. Report of identity theft from a victim in Texas. Abigahit Castillo, Logansport, was arrested for forgery and identity deception. She was held on $15,000 bond. Davidson investigated.

Jan. 4, 11:35 p.m. - Property damage, Bicycle Bridge Rd. near CR1150W. Joseph F. Fife, 19, Delphi. Back investigated.

Jan. 5, 7:10 p.m. - Property damage, CR1200W near Bicycle Bridge Rd. Jason L. Pingley, 21, Battle Ground. Vehicle was impounded due to expired registration. Deputy Zachary Hall investigated.

Jan. 6, 4:20 p.m. - Property damage, US421 at CR1200N. Nicholas P. DeHaven, 28, Monticello, Leonard Rzyski, 48, Monticello. Deputy Mike Thomas investigated.

Jan. 7, 1:45 p.m. - Property damage, SR18 at US421. Angelo Soto, 20, Aurora. Thomas investigated.

Jan. 7, 2:52 p.m. - Property damage with injury, SR25 near CR500W. Elizabeth Uvalle, 15, Logansport. Driver traveling at an unsafe rate of speed, lost control, drove left of center and left roadway. Driver was extricated from vehicle by Delphi Tri Township Fire Department, treated at the scene by EMS and cited for operator never licensed. Sgt. Dennis Randle investigated.

Flora Police Department

Jan. 1, 6:30 p.m. - A burglary was reported at 1458 S. Bringhurst Rd. The victim stated there were several keys missing to vehicles he owned. During the course of the investigation, three male juveniles were arrested for burglary and criminal trespass. Sgt. James Bishop and sheriff's deputies Jay Schimmel, Det. Steve Mullin and Sgt. Mark Back investigated.

Jan. 2, 10:19 p.m. - A juvenile male was arrested for theft and criminal mischief. The juvenile had removed several street signs, including two yield signs, in the Bringhurst area. Bishop and Schimmel investigated.

Jan. 8, 7:15 a.m. - A juvenile complaint was reported in the 600 block of Harmon St. Officer Mark Thomas investigated.

Jan. 8, 2:07 p.m. - Report of harassment was taken at 590 Harmon St. Chief Paul Redmon investigated.

Jan. 8, 4:50 p.m. - Daniel J. Peters, 27, Flora, was arrested for theft. A witness reported observing Peters removing an electric meter from another residence. Redmon investigated.
