Superior Court Superior Court judgments are gathered from public records on file in the Carroll County Clerk's office on the second floor of the courthouse, Delphi. New Filings Lauren E. Bowman, Michelle D. Rogers, Douglas C. Jones, and Jonathan H. Kilgore were all charged with operating while intoxicated - endangering. Randy A. Miller was charged with operating while intoxicated - endangering and driving left of center. Joshua R. Hinton was charged with criminal mischief, criminal trespass and public intoxication. Zachery Savage was charged with battery resulting in bodily injury and battery. David Boughton was charged with battery. Joseph P. Mackey was charged with driving while suspended and expired plates. Michael J. Mayhill and Misty N. Walker were charged with public intoxication. Guadalupe Sandoval was charged with operating a motor vehicle without having ever received a license. Todd J. Barrows was charged with domestic battery. Richard L. Dulin was charged with public intoxication, illegal consumption of an alcoholic beverage and disorderly conduct. **** For alcohol-related convictions, the following were meted a combination of jail time, with some suspensions, probation with fees, community service, house arrest, participation in a court-approved drug and alcohol program, and suspended and/or probationary driving privileges: Newton D. Pearson, 56, of Logansport; William A. Ledman, 52, of Rossville; Lillian L. Lanning, 48, of Galveston; Rodney L. Schock, 40, of Delphi; Joshua A. West, 19, of Delphi; Gary A. Misner, 51, of Delphi; Garrett Chaffin, 28, of Monticello; David Andrew Henderson, 31, of Delphi; Jerame W. West, 24, of Delphi; Michael T. Sanders, 19, of Lafayette; Jonathan C. Myers, 20, of Plymouth; Brock J. Farmer, 18, of Lafayette. Robert J. Knoth, 40, of Monticello, pled guilty to invasion of privacy. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation. Nicholas M. Hargis, 20, of Delphi, pled guilty to public intoxication and resisting law enforcement. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation. His probation included two days in jail and participation in a drug and alcohol program. Jonnathan Nieves-Esteves, 25, of Delphi, pled guilty to operating while intoxicated - endangering and driving while suspended. He was sentenced to one year in jail, all suspended, one year supervised probation and participation in a drug and alcohol program. Thomas Ray Neal, 38, pled guilty to driving while suspended. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation. Hermilo Hernandez, 19, of Delphi, pled guilty to operating a motor vehicle without having ever received a license. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail, all suspended, and one year unsupervised probation. Bobbi Jo Rainwater, 30, of Logansport, pled guilty to driving while suspended. She was sentenced to 90 days in jail, all suspended, one year supervised probation and eight hours community service. |
