Card of Thanks

The family of Delainey Lynna Taber would like to thank the Carroll County EMS and all of those who came so quickly in our time of need on December 28th. Even though Delainey went to be with our Lord, we all know that you did all you possibly could to save her. We would also like to thank our neighbors for collecting money for the memorial fund in her name. We want everyone to know how much we appreciate all that they have done for our family from the food that was brought to our home, to the cards and flowers that we have received; you will never know how special you all are to us. To all of you that came to the viewing and the services at the church, please know that we felt the love in your hugs and the sincerity in your words. All of these acts of kindness will never be forgotten. We Love You All. We would like to extend a special thank you to Pastor Bill Godby for all your loving words about our precious little Angel and to the men and women of Valley View Baptist Church for the delicious meal. We would also like to thank Pastor Rick Jones from the Rossville Methodist Church who shared in the service. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Ms. Lou Ann Young, the Pastoral Director at St. Joseph Hospital, as she fought back tears to pray with us. Thank you to Rob Baker from Baker Funeral Home for the wonderful job you did.

As you all go to bed at night and look into the sky and see the twinkling of the stars, know that this is like the sparkle in Delainey's eyes. And as you awake in the morning and see the sunrise, that is how she would wake up every morning, with a beautiful smile on her face. Our hearts are breaking today, but we will heal in time and our joy comes from knowing that she is frolicking in Heaven with Jesus.
