Rinehart named to Liberty Township advisory board

Richard Rinehart was named to the Liberty Township Advisory Board Dec. 27. The appointment, made by board members Phillip Penn and Steve Scott, was necessary because of a tie-vote determination in a recent recount for township advisory board.
