Dakota A. Clark

Dakota A. Clark, 4, of Logansport, died at 2:12 p.m. Dec. 29, 2006, in a traffic accident in Logansport.

Born Oct. 3, 2002, in Kokomo, he was the son of Clifford E. Gohn Sr. and Jerue R. Clark of Logansport.

Surviving with his parents are his maternal grandmother, Jeri A. Clark (companion: Gary E. Hollingsworth) of Logansport, with whom he resided; aunt, Tiffany Clark of Logansport; a brother, Clifford E. Gohn Jr. of Logansport; maternal grandfather, Stephen A. Clark Sr. of Galveston; paternal grandparents, Tom and Viola Gohn of Logansport; and maternal greatgrandmother, Phyllis Mummert of Cutler.

Graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Ball Hill Cemetery, Cutler. The Rev. Alvin Grumbling will officiate.
