      The last day of classes before the Christmas holiday vacation at Carroll Elementary School was Polar Express Day. All students were invited to wear their pajamas to school for the day.

Ivy Tech to offer scholarships to encourage degree completion
      In an effort to increase degree attainment, the Kokomo Region of Ivy Tech Community College will award up to fifty $1,000 scholarships to former students who are near completion of their degree.
