Carroll County REMC Line Specialist WILLIAM BLYTHE was honored for 40 years with the Delp hi-based electric cooperative during the Indiana Statewide Association of Rural Electric Cooperatives Annual Meeting. The meeting was held Dec. 6 and 7 in Indianapolis.

CLAUDE WEESE has recently been assigned as an Army Reserve recruiter to the U.S. Army's Kokomo recruiting station, 1636 E. Sycamore St., which serves Howard, Carroll, Cass, Miami, and Tipton Counties.

He comes to the Hoosier State from the Army's Columbus, Ohio, recruiting district, where he had been serving since 2004 as a station commander in the Cincinnati and Columbus areas and as the Lancaster Company recruiter training noncommissioned officer (NCO).

A native of Richwood, W. Va., Weese graduated from Webster County High School, Upper Glade, W. Va., and attended Glenville State College. He and his wife, the former Connie Bonds of Hinton, W. Va., have two children, Justin and Brittni.
