"Christmas at the Canal" is planned for Dec. 8 and 9.

Hours will be 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday and 1 to 4 p.m. on Sunday at Canal Park, Delphi.

The log schoolhouse will be open, along with the Reed Case House, decorated cabins, and the Interpretive Center.

Horse-drawn carriage rides will be available on Sunday afternoon. Santa will arrive in the carriage, and pictures can be taken with him from 2 to 4 p.m.

The Carroll County Community Band will perform on Saturday.

Other offerings will be pioneer craft demonstrations, hot apple dumplings, cookie sales, and handmade gifts.
