Information sessions offered to prospective Ivy Tech students

Ivy Tech has scheduled several information sessions at the Kokomo campus in November. The sessions will provide information about admission to the college, financial aid, and a variety of support services available to Ivy Tech students. Sessions last approximately one hour.

General information sessions and a health information session will be offered on the following dates and times:

General sessions: Nov. 1, 5:30 p.m.; Nov. 8, 10 a.m.; Nov. 13, 5:30 p.m.; Nov. 27, 10 a.m.; and Nov. 29, 5:30 p.m.

Health session: Nov. 7, 5:30 p.m.

All five general information sessions will be held in the Library/Learning Resource Center (LRC), located at 1701 Touby Pike. The health session will be held at Inventrek on 700 E. Firmin St.

The information sessions will cover the admissions process, degree options, financial aid, registration, student services, student life, transfer options, and many other topics. Attendees will be able to apply for admission, take the COMPASS assessment test, and file for financial aid. Those interested in applying for financial aid should bring all income and tax information.
