The Carroll soccer team welcomed Rensselaer to town on Saturday for Senior Day, winning 3-1 for a 7-7 season record. Rensselaer scored first, less than 5 minutes into the game. More ... The Delphi Oracles came into last Friday night's game fresh off a victory over a ranked team (Clinton Prairie) and were looking to repeat against Sheridan. It wasn't a very happy night for the Carroll Cougars, who didn't fair well against the Clinton Prairie Gophers. The Gophers rushed 423 yards to just 169 yards by the Cougars Friday night.
