Area IV Agency on the Aging and Community Action Programs in Carroll County have emergency funds remaining for individuals who are in danger of electric, gas, or water disconnect or who have ten percent or less remaining in their bulk fuel supply. To qualify, individuals must be at 150 percent of poverty.

Area IV Energy Assistance Program for heating assistance begins Oct. 9.
