Delphi Community School Corporation staff started their first day of the 2007-08 school year Monday morning with programs and a meet-and-greet at the high school. DCSC Superintendent Ralph Walker spoke highly of new teachers the school recruited during the summer. He said the "cream of the crop" individuals brought highly-sought talent to the school.
