Delphi UMC adds Rohrer to pastoral staff
      Sheri Rohrer was recently named Pastor of Outreach and Connection at Delphi United Methodist Church. She began her new role July 1 and is currently learning her duties and meeting people in the church and community. Most recently, Rohrer served as senior pastor at Kilmore United Methodist Church near Frankfort.

Chaps fundraiser set Sept. 22

      The annual Chaps Ride/Walk-a-thon will be held Sept. 22. Riders are invited to bring their horses for a twohour trail ride through Camp Tecumseh while walkers and joggers partake in a 5K run/walk. Everyone involved will meet for lunch with a live charity auction, Chaps demonstration, and awards ceremony.

Vacation Bible School
      Valley View Baptist Valley View Baptist Church, Flora, will have Vacation Bible School Aug. 1, 2, and 3 from 6 to 8 p.m. for ages 3 through 12.
