Delegates and alternates from Delphi Community High School have been chosen to attend Hoosier Boys and Girls State programs in June at Indiana State University in Terre Haute. The week-long program provides students firsthand insight into the rights and responsibilities of citizens in Indiana through participation in a mock election process.
