      Louis E. Penn, 48, of 3 8 7 0 S . 400W., Clymers, died unexpectedly May 15, 2007, at 4:53 a.m. at his residence. He was born Sept. 4, 1958, in Logansport to Norma Meeker Penn, with whom he resided, and the late Dale Penn. Mr. Penn was a farmer. He belonged to Burrows Presbyterian Church.

Danny Wiles
      Danny Wiles, 49, of Flora, passed away suddenly at 7:25 p.m. Friday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Lafayette. Born Sept. 16, 1957, in Logansport, he was the son of Burl and Dorothy Moore Wiles. He graduated from Carroll High School in 1975. He married Cathy Seele on Feb. 5, 1977, in Rockfield.

      Ina Ruth Carter, 90, of Eugene, Ore., formerly of Delphi, died May 15, 2007. Born Sept. 27, 1916, in Delphi, she was the daughter of William and Nancy Kinkead Ball. She married John Elbert Carter in1937, and he preceded her in death in 1993. She is survived by three daughters. Graveside services were held May 17 at Lane Memorial Gardens in Eugene.
