Delphi United Methodist Church will sponsor a free health care workshop, Are You Ready? on Tuesday at 7 p.m. The seminar will address questions such as Do I need a will? What is a medical directive? Do I need a living trust? What happens to my healthcare and finances if I can no longer handle my affairs?

Information on options available to individuals and their families will be offered. There will be guidelines on when to act, where to act, documents required and where to keep them.

The presentation is for information purposes only. Those attending may want to discuss their wishes with their family and consult their attorney, accountant, or physician before finalizing decisions.
