Family Services, Inc. announces that Insight, a nine-session educational group to help youth in grades 7-12 who are using alcohol, marijuana, and other drugs, will begin on April 4. The 3-on-3 wheelchair basketball tournament at Carroll Elementary School on Saturday raised more than $2,000. Event coordinators Kathy Sanders and Jenelle Gish say half of the proceeds will go to the Muscular Dystrophy Association, which helps Carroll students with MDA, and half will go toward the purchase of a new wheelchair for another student.
