The Board of Directors for Delphi Youth Baseball would like to thank the City of Delphi, Carroll County REMC and Odd Fellows Lodge No. 28 for installing the yellow flasher on Hamilton Street near our ballpark. Paul Goyer Field will soon be the center of activity for many children and this added measure of safety is much appreciated.
