Delphi Chamber to host free seminar on fraud

Burns Delphi Chamber of Commerce will host a seminar on fraud, bad checks and theft at 5:30 p.m. March 22 in the Carroll County Courthouse Lounge. The seminar is free and open to the public.
Presenters will be Carroll County Sheriff Tony Burns and Prosecutor Tricia Thompson. David McDowell, security consultant and county native, will give information on skip tracing and asset searches, while Jeff Rose of the Lafayette Police Department will give a presentation on counterfeit money.
