A soup and sandwich supper will be served, starting at 6 p.m., at Faith Lutheran Church. The Lenten service will follow at 6:45 p.m. All are invited to attend.

The Deer Creek Community Center is having another Basket Bingo fundraiser on March 9 at 6:30 p.m. at the community center.

The Deer Creek Community Board met recently and was presented a check from Dottye Robeson, on behalf of the Carroll County Community Foundation. The check, along with a grant from Carroll County REMC Operation Round-Up. will be used to install two breakaway basketball goals and lights, purchase one picnic table, and re-seal the basketball court.

Deer Creek Presbyterian Church will serve breakfast on Saturday from 7 to 10 a. breakfast Mar. 3 .

The serving time is from 7;00am till 10;00am. These monies will be used for some charity.

Faith Lutheran Church will be having their lenten supper on Wed. eve. with the meal starting at 6;00pm and worship at 6;45pm. Everyone is invited to attend.

Dot Fulton has returned from Florida after a 2 week vacation visiting her daughter Jackie & son-in-law John Kirby. While there they attended a Taste of Home Cooking Show.
