Dec. 22, no time given – Identity theft. Rodolfo Morales, Delphi reported receiving bills from California, the IRS and Indiana Dept. of Revenue. Morales stated he has never lived in California. Officer David Yeager investigated.

Dec. 21, 7:20 a.m. - Property damage with injuries, SR25 near CR132N. Kenneth L. Barnes, 50, Delphi. Driver and passenger, James K. Barnes, 17, Delphi, were transported to St. Elizabeth Hospital in Lafayette by EMS.

Dec. 22, 11p.m. - Property damage, Lower Lake Shore Dr. near Landings Rd. Denise A. Carr, 55, Monticello. Deputy Zackary Hall investigated.

Dec. 23, 12:24 a.m. - Property damage with injury, SR29 at CR1000N. Douglas C. Jones, 38, Warsaw. Driver suffered minor facial bleeding and was treated at the scene by EMS. Results of BAC pending. Deputy Mark Back investigated.
