Stephen K. Jones

Stephen K. Jones, 52, of Lafayette, died Dec. 20, 2006, at Lafayette Home Hospital.

He was born in Lafayette on July 22, 1954, to Keith and Phyllis Fife Jones. He married Catherine Osborn on Aug. 13, 2005, and she survives.

He was a member of Cornerstone Baptist Church.

Surviving are: his parents of Flora; two sisters, Susan Jaeger (husband: Deane) of Kingman, Ariz. and Sudi Saberi (husband: Mehdi) of Laguna Nigel, Calif.; two brothers, Scott Jones of Traverse City, Mich. and Stuart Jones (wife: Terri) of North Manchester; his grandmother, Eva Fife of Delphi; and a stepdaughter, Catherine Ream of Washington, D.C.

He was preceded in death by a brother.

Services and burial were held Dec. 23 in Lafayette.
