Purdue senior WINTER JOHNSTON of Camden is a member of the 340-member Purdue “All-American” Marching Band that will be performing Friday when the Boilermaker football team takes on the Maryland Terrapins in the Champs Bowl in Orlando, Fla.

At the Champs Bowl, Purdue’s band will perform its “Drumline Rock” show. It will also energize several Purdue pep rallies with its music, and will visit downtown Disney and Universal Studios.

Johnston is a mellophone player.
