The AMERICAN RED CROSS announces an incentive for giving blood at a Red Cross bloodmobile in the Indiana Ohio region through Jan. 31. Donors can enter a drawing for a $1,000 shopping spree by writing their contact information on the sign-up sheet. The prize is in the form of a pre-paid gift card. The Red Cross BLOODMOBILE will visit Carroll County on Dec. 28 from 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Flora United Methodist Church, 107 East Main Street. The area
