Ruby leads Carroll 7th over Frontier

Carroll 7th A-team raised its record to 5-2 with an easy 46-19 victory over Frontier. Tim Ruby led the Cougars with 17 points on 8 of 9 shooting. Daniel Huckstep played a fine all-around game, scoring 8 points, grabbing 7 rebounds, and handing out 3 assists. Chad Griffen also dished out 3 assists.

The Cougars record fell to 5-3 after being beaten badly by Northwestern, 62-14. The young Cougars were never in the game.

Carroll’s B-team fell to 3-3 with a 38-27 loss to Frontier. Trey Overholser led in scoring with 9 points. He was supported by Brady Noonkester with 6. Dan Buedreau had 4 rebounds, while Overholser handed out 3 assists.

Like the A-team, the B-team fell hard to the Northwestern Tigers, 48-10. Budreau had 6 points and 6 rebounds. The team is now 3-4.
