Dec. 13, 3:40 p.m. – Property damage, US421 and West Franklin St. Whitney N. Dyer, 18, and Gordon K. Burwell Jr., 57, both of Delphi. Officer David Yeager investigated.

Dec. 17, 4:22 a.m. – Josh Hinton, 23, Delphi, was arrested and charged with residential entry, criminal mischief and public intoxication stemming from a break-in at the dentist office of Dr. David Krause on Armory Rd. Officer Chuck Kent investigated.

Dec. 12, 5:58 a.m. - Property damage with injury, SR25 near CR100W. Roger A. Myers, 37, Nevada, Ohio. EMS called to scene for severe facial bleeding. Deputy Steve Mullin investigated.

Dec. 13, 12:25 p.m. - Property damage with injury, CR600N near US421. Ricardo Campos Jr., 22, Lafayette. EMS called to scene for neck pain. Capt. John Chapman investigated.

Dec. 15, 2:01 p.m. - Property damage with injuries, Meridian Line Rd. near CR100N. Kimberly S. Dutter, 36, Flora. Driver and passenger, Kendra Dutter, 8, Flora complained of pain. Chapman investigated. Dec. 15, 4:35 p.m. - Property damage,

Dec. 14, 11:51 p.m. - Richard L. Darter, 41, Cutler, was arrested on a Tippecanoe County warrant for operating while intoxicated, operating a vehicle while having a controlled substance in his body, possession of marijuana, and failure to appear. Sgt. James Bishop investigated. Sheriff’s deputies Mark Back, Jay Schimmel and Zach Hall assisted.

Dec. 15, 1:30 p.m. - John N. Bennett, 44, Russiaville, was arrested on a Tippecanoe County warrant for maintaining a common nuisance, possession of marijuana. Officer Mark Thomas investigated.

Dec. 15, 10:28 p.m. - Following a traffic stop a juvenile male was arrested for minor possession of alcohol, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Officer Josh Disinger investigated.

Dec. 16, 10:15 p.m. -Following a traffic stop, Lindsay C. Simpson, 20, Greentown, was arrested on a Howard County warrant for auto theft. Disinger investigated.
