Caleb S. Root

Caleb Steven Root, infant son of Loren M. and Denise K. Brubaker Root of Rossville, died Dec. 13, 2006, at 3 p.m. at his home as a result of a metabolic disorder. He was born Aug. 22, 2005 in Lafayette.

Surviving at home with his parents is a sister, Darby Mae Root. Also surviving are his grandparents, Steve and Linda Brubaker of Delphi and Rick and Joyce Root of Rossville; and his great-grandparents, Donald and Alma Brubaker of Delphi and John and Annabelle Root of Rossville.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Landon Michael, in 2004, and his paternal grandmother, Marjorie Root.

Home brethren officiated services on Dec. 16 at North Fork Old German Baptist Brethren Church. Burial was at North Fork Old German Baptist Brethren Cemetery.
