APC issues 45 permits last 2 months

Nineteen permits were issued by Carroll County Area Plan Commission during November, for improvements amounting to $5,528,900 and 26 permits were issued in October for improvements amounting to $825,795.

November:

Residential permits with $687,000 value were issued to persons in the following townships:

Burlington – Joseph Ropes, residence;

Clay –Mellisa Knop, residence;

Jefferson – Greg Milakis and Jerry Brand, residence; Linda Brown, residence;

Rock Creek – Paul and Billie Jo Brown, residence;

Tippecanoe – Pam Ennis, residence.

Permits for remodeling and accessories were issued to persons in:

Camden – Anthony Carlson, storage;

Delphi – Ronald Foster, addition; Jeffrey Nelson, addition; Gilbert Smith, attached garage;

Jackson – Mary Brumbaugh, storage;

Jefferson – Conroy Family Trust, addition; Craig Matteson, addition; Craig Matteson, change roof line;

Liberty – Ryan Swayze, addition and garage; Ryan and Tracie Swayze, pole barn;

Madison – Norman Anderson, garage;

Commercial permits:

16 duplexes – Delphi Housing for Seniors L.P., Delphi.

2 Hog Barns – Ryan and Melinda Allbugh, Carrollton.

The total collected from permits issued was $1,932.

Total collected from permits in November was $1,962. Total collected for 2006 is $15,625.

October:

Residential permits with $562,000 value were issued to persons in the following townships:

Adams – Erin Baughman, residence;

Clay – Bob Cain, residence; Daniel and Paula Memmer, residence;

Jefferson – Dean Yien, residence;

Tippecanoe – Matthew and Tracy Bradshaw, residence.

Permits for remodeling and accessories were issued to persons in:

Adams – Erin Baughman, garage; James Eddy Jr., pole barn;

Burlington – Larry Etherington, storage; Anthony Lees, storage barn;

Camden – Charles Foreman, enclose patio;

Clay – Carl Slade, pole barn;

Deer Creek – Daniel Pennington, carport; John L Smith Jr., deck;

Delphi – Kyle Germond, storage;

Jefferson – Lawrence Blaser, addition; Eugene and Sherri Cocanower, garage; Chrystalynn Kendrick, porch and ramp; David Lamb, pole barn; Roger and Helen Panicucci, addition; William Britton Trust, storage;

Monroe – Colby McIlrath, storage;

Tippecanoe – Scott and Angela Hall, addition; Alan Springer, garage; Darin and Nina Westerhouse, two decks; Robert Yates, garage; Ryan Yoder, carport.

The total collected from permits issued was $851, plus:  Roger Meader, $5 for home occupation permit.

Total collected from permits in October was $851.
