Delphi Police Department

Dec. 2, 4:11 a.m. – Misdemeanor OWI. Roberto Garcia, 25, Logansport, was arrested for operating while intoxicated. Investigated by Officer Chuck Kent.

Dec. 5, 12:40 a.m. – Theft, Packet St. Stephanie Lane, 22, Delphi, reported a moped was stolen from in front of the residence. Kent investigated.

Dec. 5, 11:26 a.m. – Property damage with injury, US421 west of Hamilton St. Kendra L. Williams, 19, North Marion, Steven E. Ames, 33, Monticello. Ames complained of neck pain and was transported to White County Memorial Hospital by ambulance. Sgt. Brook McCain investigated.

Dec. 7, 3:30 p.m. – Warrant service, 200 block of West Franklin St. Tina J. May, Brookston, was arrested for failure to appear on a charge of check deception in Clinton County. McCain investigated.

Dec. 7, 3:40 p.m. – Property damage, Delphi Armory. Dale Pearson, 60, Delphi. Officer David Yeager investigated.

Dec. 9, 10:26 p.m. – Battery, 131 W. Vine St. Wesley D. Fassnacht, Delphi, Clay Hart, Delphi. Yeager investigated.

Dec. 10, 3:31 a.m. – Misdemeanor arrests, South Hamilton and Front streets. Joseph Mackey arrested for driving while suspended prior, Misty Walker and Michael Mayhill for public intoxication. All those arrested reside in Delphi. Kent investigated.

Dec. 10, 3:40 p.m. – Theft, Dairy Queen. Owner reported $70 stolen in four to five days. Yeager investigated.

Dec. 4, 7:35 a.m. - Property damage, CR525W near CR500N. Jed L. Payne, 46, Delphi. Deputy Zackary Hall investigated.

Dec. 6, 1:06 p.m. - Property damage, SR39N near CR600S. Susan Blaydes, 58, Delphi. Deputy Walt Raderstorf investigated.

Dec. 7, 5:40 a.m. - Property damage, CR100N at US421. Elpido J. Salazar Jr., 24, Delphi, Donald L. Peters, 67, Bringhurst. Raderstorf investigated.

Dec. 9, 10 p.m. - Property damage with injury, SR75N near CR100N. Jeremy W. McCarty, 29, Delphi. Passenger Tiffany Rowley, 20, Flora complained of neck pain and was transported by unknown driver to a hospital. Hall investigated.

Flora Police Dept.

Dec. 4, 5:15 p.m. - A criminal mischief report was taken at 613 Harmon St. The complaintant stated a juvenile shot his trailer door with a BB gun. Chief Paul Redmon investigated.

Dec. 4, 7:51 p.m. - A vehicle driven by Kristi L. Houser, 17, of Camden struck a sign near the intersection of SR75 and SR18. Officer Randy Larimore investigated.

Dec. 5, 7:53 p.m. - A theft report was taken at Citgo. The clerk stated a man left without paying for items taken from inside the store. Larimore investigated.

Dec. 6, 9:10 p.m. - Jeffery R. Hughes, 27, Flora, was arrested on a White County warrant for operating while intoxicated. Officer Josh Disinger investigated.

Dec. 8, 10:13 a.m. – A semi driven by Dan M. Haan, 54, West Lafayette, struck the curb on East Columbia St. near Meadow Lane. The semi left the roadway, damaging the porch of a residence before coming to rest in the yard at 508 E. Columbia St. The driver lost consciousness following a coughing attack. Larimore investigated, assisted by Sheriff’s Capt. John Chapman, Flora Volunteer Fire Dept. and Carroll Co. EMS.

Dec. 11, 6:10 p.m. - A battery report was taken at 204 E. Columbia St. The victim stated the battery occurred in the Deer Creek area. Officer Mark Thomas and Sheriff’s Deputy Grant Davidson investigated.

Dec. 12, 7:20 a.m. - A criminal mischief report was taken at 702 W. Columbia St. The complaintant came home from work and discovered the doorknob to his residence had been forcibly removed. Redmon investigated.

Indiana State Police

Dec. 8, 7:41 p.m. – Jonathan W. Randle, 19, Delphi, turned himself in to the Carroll County Jail. He was wanted on a warrant charging him with forgery, theft and fraud. Trooper Mike Krueger investigated.
