Camden Forty-six members of the Camden Jackson Township Volunteer Fire Dept. and guests attended the annual Christmas dinner. The evening was in honor of firefighter Jason Cree, who just left to serve in the military in Afghanistan. The children in attendance were given camouflage t-shirts with Camden Fire written on them. Pictures were taken to send to Cree. Jamey Griffey is a patient at the I.U. Medical Center. His address is: Room 6262, Indiana University Medical Center, 550 N. Union Blvd., Indianapolis, IN 46202. He would appreciate hearing from friends. Women’s Missionary Society of the Baptist Church will meet at 1:30 p.m. Dec. 20 in the home of Grace Arion. Christmas recollections will be shared by all. Aim Hi E.H. Club will meet at 6:30 p.m. Dec. 21 at Gracie’s Restaurant in Flora for their annual Christmas party. Hostesses will be Colleen Franek and Carolyn Edging. Camden Lions Club held its annual family Christmas supper last Wednesday evening with 33 attending. Special guest was Santa Claus. Camden Elementary School will present a Christmas Sing at 1:30 p.m. Dec. 20 in the school gym. The public is invited. |
