The Deer Creek Presbyterian Church has asked members to bring items to help decorate a small Christmas tree. A collection box will be in the narthex. Items needed are children’s mittens, gloves, scarves, socks, caps and baby items (receiving blankets, soap, wash cloths, undershirts, gowns and infant sweaters).

Betty Smith, owner of Betty’s Stop and Shop, was surprised last week with a gift from friends of a complete make-over in Logansport.

The Thrivant Financial organization of the Lutheran Church sent a thank you card to Ralph Byers for his recent support at the air show in Indianapolis, the Thrivant sponsored part of this event. They help raise money for Riley Hospital for Children.
