Carroll bus driver Debbie Kingery was November’s “Cougar of the Month” winner. Mrs. Kingery was nominated by Morgan Thompson.

Thompson said that Mrs. Kingery is “very nice to the kids and makes sure everyone is safe. She always smiles everyday.”

Carroll Elementary PTO sponsors the monthly contest.
